InfinityX Tech Systems Pvt. Ltd. (“InfinityX”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) strives to process and dispatch orders promptly. By placing an order through our e-Store, you agree to the following Cancellation Policy.
1. Order Confirmation
Once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been received, the order enters our processing system immediately.
2. Cancellation by Customer
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed.
- Orders that have been processed, packed, dispatched, shipped, or specially procured are not eligible for cancellation under any circumstances.
- Requests for cancellation, if any, may be considered solely at the discretion of InfinityX and only if the order has not yet entered processing. Submission of a cancellation request does not guarantee acceptance.
3. Customized and Special Orders
Orders involving customized products, imported items, made-to-order products, pre-orders, special procurement, educational kits assembled to customer requirements, or software licenses cannot be cancelled after order confirmation.
4. Cancellation by InfinityX
InfinityX reserves the right to cancel any order, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability.
- Pricing or typographical errors.
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
- Regulatory or legal restrictions.
- Inability to verify customer information.
- Any other reason deemed appropriate by InfinityX.
Where InfinityX cancels an order prior to shipment, the amount received for that order shall ordinarily be refunded to the original payment method, unless otherwise required by law.
5. Policy Changes
InfinityX reserves the right to amend or update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
